Previous Projects

We refurbished the reception area, designed and constructed an extension for storage purposes, as well as serviced over 60 rooms by re-doing electrical work and installing air conditioners. Furthermore, we constructed 2 more rooms to meet client needs. Total project took ~10 months.

We refurbished 43 rooms including the reception area, supplied furniture plus lighting and install air conditioners in all the rooms. Marble flooring was also installed in the main lobby area and at key locations. The project too ~9 months

Redesigned and refurbished the exiting layout of Al-dar restaurant. Creating more seating area, deployed new illumination systems as well as installed new kitchen facilities. Project took ~6 months.

Complete re-design and modernization of the showroom, removed wall partition of separated offices to create an open and modern floor layout. Removed the stairs which we in the middle of the upper and lower floors that too a lot of unnecessary space. Full re-wiring of the electrical systems and installation of 3-phase power to the premises. Project took ~3 months

Refurbished 17 rooms with new electricity, installed new flooring, and added fixed carpet onto. All the doors, windows, lighting and pluming was replaced for the rooms. Air conditioners was also installed for these rooms. Project took ~6 weeks

Installed over 70 air conditioners, and fully refurbished all the corridors in the building. The reception area was also refurbished. Project took ~2 months.
